LA Jewish Home is a leading non-profit dedicated to best-in-class senior care and the largest individual provider of senior housing in Los Angeles. The organization selected Strausberg as its branding and marketing partner when launching its two new Foutainview upscale senior living communities. We were tasked with creating a compelling brand identity and customized marketing program to attract discerning seniors who would be interested in the properties’ unique luxury, resort-style independent living. We were responsible for all core brand assets including photo shoots and website design, and initiated a highly targeted digital marketing program, which resulted in full occupancy at both communities.
